WARNINGS FOR USAGE
Method: Lightly moisten both surfaces. The adhesive material is applied to one of the materials to be bonded with the help of a manual or pneumatic caulking gun.
The pieces are kept together for 5 minutes and compressed for at least 15 minutes. Compression of materials during curing is necessary to achieve the highest possible end strength. PU Construct Extra Fast reaches 80% tip strength after 10 minutes (when moistened). Two
Moisten only one of the surfaces when bonding the non-porous surface.
Avoid relocating surfaces when joining two surfaces or during the curing/curing process.
Application temperature: +5°C to +35°C. The ideal application temperature is between +15°C and +25°C. Lower temperatures will increase compaction and cure time.
Cleaning: PU Construct Extra Fast can be removed from tools and materials with a Soudal Gun and Foam Cleaner before the adhesive hardens.
The hardened product can only be removed mechanically.
Repair: with PU Construct Extra Fast
